Jun-Kombucha is a fermented honey tea. It contains a naturally occurring symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast (aka SCOBY). Live probiotics in Jun-Kombucha are known to aid the digestive system.
The main difference between (regular) kombucha and jun-kombucha is how it is sweetened. Jun-kombucha uses honey which has natural probiotics and bacteria that aid in the fermentation process which feeds the yeast while (regular) kombucha is sweetened by sugar.

We recommend to refrigerate the kombucha to preserve the flavor and to slow down the fermentation process. Kombucha is sensitive to temperature so this is important!
Once you buy a bottle it is recommended that you should finish it within a few days since the drink will continue to ferment. Keeping the bottle in the refrigerator can slow the fermentation process.
